Spotted something that may be wrong, have evidence that could improve one of our guides, or want to get in touch about Slotathon?

Tell us what you have found and, where possible, include the game, page or source you are referring to.

Slotathon is not a casino

Slotathon is an informational research site. We do not operate slot games or gambling accounts, and we cannot access or resolve deposits, withdrawals, account restrictions or casino disputes.

If your message concerns a gambling account, contact the operator you used. If you have a dispute with a gambling business licensed in Great Britain, use the operator’s complaints procedure first. Eligible disputes that remain unresolved can be referred to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution provider.

If gambling is causing you concern

Free and confidential support is available through the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

GamCare also provides information and support for people affected by gambling. GAMSTOP can be used to block access to online gambling accounts with companies licensed in Great Britain.

If you need gambling support, please contact those services directly.

Corrections and research evidence

Slot games can differ between versions, builds and markets, and the available sources do not always agree.

If you think something on Slotathon is inaccurate, tell us what you believe needs changing and include the supporting source if you have one. Useful evidence can include official developer pages, game rules, help screens, paytables, game sheets and certification material.

We check new evidence against the research already on record rather than automatically replacing one source with another. If stronger evidence changes our understanding, we will update the relevant page.

You can read more about this process on our How We Research page.

Developers, studios and industry contacts

If you represent a game developer, studio, supplier, testing organisation or other industry body and want to clarify a mechanic, provide documentation or point us towards updated game material, please get in touch.

Providing information does not guarantee that it will be published as supplied. Slotathon checks claims against the available evidence and keeps editorial control over how mechanics and game behaviour are described.

If material is confidential or restricted, please tell us before sending it. Where appropriate, we can record what the evidence supports without republishing the underlying material. Please do not send documents you are not authorised to share.

If you need to send documentation, you can contact us directly at
research@slotathon.com.

Commercial enquiries

Slotathon does not currently have commercial partnerships or affiliate links.

If that changes, commercial relationships will be disclosed where they apply and will not determine our mechanic classifications or research findings.

For partnership or other commercial enquiries, use the mail address below.

Send us the detail and the strongest source you have. If the evidence changes the picture, the page should change with it.
